RESOLUTION NO. 77-13
Be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of North Richland
Hi 11 s that:

The City Attorney be, and is hereby, autorized and directed to
file eminent domain proceedings aganist Myrtha L. and Oxford G. D~nner to
acqiure the following described property for the purpose of erectlng an overhead
water storage tank:

SITUATED in the City of Hatauga and being a part of Tract lA and Tract lAI>
Mansel H. ~lilmeth Survey> Abstract No. 1621; said tracts of land being conveyed
to Oxford G. Danner, et ux Nyrtna L, by Harranty Deed recorded in Volume 2157,
Page 287, and Deed of Trust recorded in Vo"lume 5996, Page 74, respective1y)
of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas; said portion of these tracts
being more particularly described as follOi'/s:
BEGINNING at a fence corner 16.0 feet Hest of the southeast corner of said
Tract lA, said point being in the Hest line of Hhitley Road and the South line
of said Tract lA;

proceedings aganist Mary Jo Gaston to acquire the following described property
for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a drainage facility:
Lots 3, 4, 9, and 10, Block 1, Jack M. Estes Subdivision.
Passed and approved the 12th day of December, 1977.
