RESOLUTION NO. 74-18
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS, that the Mayor be, and he is hereby authorized to execute and
deliver to Gibson D. (Gib) Lewis, on behalf of said City, for the consideration
therein recited, that certain "Warranty Deed", a copy of which is attached
hereto and marked Exhibit "AII.
PASSED AND RESOLVED this 7th
day of October, 1974.

for and in

and other valuable consideration to the undersigned paid by the grantee herein named, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, and for the further consideration that grantee here-
by assumes and promises to perform the obligations presently imposed upon
the City of North Richland Hills as successor to Tarrant County Water
Supply Corpora"tion, which obligations are set forth in the Lease and Con-
tract dated October 2, 1965, between T. A. McCann, d/b/a Tomiceta Ranch
Land & Investment Company, Lessor, and Tarrant County Water Supply Cor-
poration, Lessee,
have GRANTED, SOLD AND CONVEYED, and by these presents do GRANT, SELL AND CONVEY unto
GIBSON D. (GIB) LEWIS
of the County of Tarrant
and State of
Texas
, all of
the following described real property in
Tarrant
County, Texas, to-wit:
Being a tract of land out of the JOHN LITTLE SURVEY, Abstract No. 959,
in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, and being more fully described by
metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a Bois D'Arc stake in the South line of Race Street, said
point being the Northwest corner of Lot 33, of Mrs. E. A. Self's Addition
to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, recorded in Volume 533,
page 225, Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE South 0 degrees 35 minutes West 122 feet to an iron rod for corner;
THENCE West 266.68 feet to a point for corner in the Easterly right of way
line of Oakhurst Scenic Drive;
THENCE in a Northwesterly direction with the Easterly right of way line of
Oakhurst Scenic Drive and \vith a curve to the left, 118.9 feet to the PT
of said curve, radius point of said curve bears South 61 degrees 53
minutes West 1960.1 feet from said PT;
THENCE North 28 degrees 07 minutes with the Easterly right of way line of
Oakhurst Scenic Drive 16.4 feet to a Bois D'Arc stake in the South line
of Race Street;
THENCE East 329.7 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING.
