described territory adjacent to the corporate 1 imits of the Town
of North Rich1and Hi1ls, Texas, do hereby certify, by signing our
names hereto, that we are inhabitants of said territory and qua1 ified
to vote for members of the Staæ Legislature, and do hereby cast our
vote "against the annexation of said territory."

hereinafter desoribed territory, hereby petition your hOl1orable
Oity Council to institute all proceedings and adopt all ordinances,
