HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 1972-015 RESOLUTION NO. 72-15 WHEREAS, the Tarrant County Water Supply Corporation of 2300 Race Street, Fort Worth, Texas, made application and received grant offers from the Federal Water Pollution Control Administration, now known as the Environmental Protection Agency, and WHEREAS, the grant offers were for the construction of a sewage interceptor system serving Richland Hills and North Richland Hills in the Big Fossil Creek Watershed and known as Project Numbers WPC-Tex-634 and WPC-Tex-635, and WHEREAS, the Tarrant County Water Supply Corporation enacted resolutions of dissolution with the intent to divide all assets, liabilities, and physical properties among the member Cities of Richland Hills, North Richland Hills, Azle and Lakeside, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of North Richland Hills, hereby joins the City of Richland Hills in a joint venture for the purpose of completing the projects, designated by the Environmental Protection Agency as WPC-Tex-634 and WPC-Tex-635, and jointly accept all the funds offered along with all responsibilities, duties, conditions, assurances, contracts and all other documents pertaining to the said project.
