(b) It shall be unlawful f'or the driver of any vehicle to disobey the instructions of any c:,ff_:cial traffic signs, signals or marlin gs rlaced in accordance �, ith the provisions hereof. (c) Tt shall be unla-,! ful for any Person to place or maintair_ or to display upon or in view of any street any unofficial sign, signal, markin, or dev=ice , %�hich purports to be or is an imitation of or resembles ar official traf i c sign or signal, cP t. °.hi ch c ttempt to direct the ,rovemert of traffic or interfere ,Ath the effective - rness of any official sign, signal or marking. Every such i rohibited si n, signal or device is hereby declared to be a ,ublic nuisance and shall be removed under direction of the Council -7.�ithout notice • (d) It shall be unla,�ful -or any person, to deface, remove, obstruct or interfere Ath any official sign or signal. Section 4. Any Person violating any of the provisions of this ordina ce shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon con- viction thereof shall be fined in any sum not more than t�i�o hun- dred ('�20(D.00) dollars.
