The Mayor offered the following resolution to the City
Council:

in the following amounts and for the following purposes:

AtID W11EREAS, upon con~ideration of the returns of said elec-
t~on, it appears that the same was in all respects legally held,
after due notice had been giveû, and that the said re:urns were
duly and legally made; and,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH
RICHLANu HILLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: That the aforesaid election was duly an¿ legally
called and notice thereof given in accordance witl: ;:::~,; L~\JS of
the State of Texas and the resolution and order calliûg ¿~i¿ elec-
tion; that said election was held in strict con£ol~iity w~~~ the
Constitution and laws of the State or Texas, and the ::eL:..:.-::.s
thereof have been properly made to the officials of t~e Ci~y
entitled to receive same; that only resident qualifie¿ p::~;erty
taxpaying electors, who owned taxable property in said Ci~y) and
who had duly rendered the same for taxation, ,'¡ere ?e::.::-.i-':"':2:~ to
vote at said election, and further that said election prc?2~ly
represents the desires of those qualified to vote as afc~s32id.
SECTION 2: That the proposition to issue $4,48C,OCC ~2venue
