HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 1978-006 RESOLUTION NO. 78- 6 WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of North Richland Hills, Texas, to provide adequate water supply to its citizens, and WHEREAS, an additional supply of water is being obtained from the City of Fort Worth through a supply line extension into the City of Watauga, and WHEREAS, such extension will require an underground crossing of the Missouri Pacific Railroad right-of-way and tracks west of U.S. Highway 377 at Watauga Road, and WHEREAS, the City of North Richland Hills agrees to have this water line installed in accordance with the specifications of said Railroad, and in accordance with the terms of the required license agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of North Richland Hills hereby authorizes its Mayor to execute said license agreement to complete the arrangements for beginning said crossing of said Railroad right-of-way and tracks.
