ORDINANCE NO. 2111
WHEREAS, a portion of Frankie B Street right-of-way in the City of North Richland Hills,
Texas, originally dedicated as part of Block 4, Hewitt Estates, was never built as a public street
and will not be needed as a public street; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the dedication of such portion of Frankie B Street
right-of-way should be vacated; and
WHEREAS, the portion of the dedication of Frankie B right-of-way being vacated by this
Ordinance has been surveyed and divided by metes and bounds description in three (3)
separate parcels identified as Parcels "1", "2" and "3" in special warranty
deeds from the City of North Richland Hills, Texas to the adjacent property owners;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH
RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, that:
1.
That portion of the dedication of Frankie B Street right-of-way in the City of North Richland
Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, as set out above, be and is hereby vacated.
2.
The Mayor be and is hereby authorized to execute special warranty deeds from the City to the
following persons:
1. Parcel "1" to Roger C. Webb and wife, Dolores Webb
2. Parcel "2" to Forrest C. Johnson
3. Parcel "3" to Rollin P. Vinall
retaining a drainage and utility easement along the entire sixty (60) foot-wide right-of-way.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 25th day of March, 1996.

THE STATE OF TEXAS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
COUNTY OF TARRANT
That the City of North Richland Hills, Texas, a Municipal Corporation, for and in
consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration paid in
cash, receipt acknowledged has Granted, Sold and Conveyed, and by these presents does
Grant, Sell and Convey, unto Roger C. Webb and wife, Dolores Webb of the County of Tarrant,
State of Texas, a tract of land out of Block 4, Hewitt Estates, Addition to City of North Richland
Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, described by metes and bounds on Exhibit "An which is attached
hereto, made a part hereof and incorporated herein the same as if set out verbatim.
The City of North Richland Hills hereby retains a drainage and utility easement over,
under and through the property described on the attached Exhibit" A".
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises, together with all and singular the
rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging unto the said Roger C. Webb and wife,
Dolores Webb, their heirs and assigns forever and the said Corporation does hereby bind itself,
its successors and assigns, to Warrant and Forever Defend, all and singular the said premises
unto the said Roger C. Webb and wife, Dolores Webb, their heirs and assigns, against every
person whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same, or any part thereof, by, through or
under said Corporation but not otherwise.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Corporation has caused these presents to be signed by
its duly authorized officers and to be sealed with the Seal of the Corporation, at North Richland
