HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 2845 ORDINANCE NO. 2845 AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS. WHEREAS, the City Council has been requested to abandon a utility easement located within a 4.1 acre tract of the W.D. Barnes Survey; WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the portion of the above named utility easement is no longer required or convenient for such use; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS: Section 1: THA T the utility easement described on Exhibit A hereto is hereby abandoned and closed. AND IT IS SO ORDAINED. BEING a 0.094 acre portion of a 4.102 acre tract of land out of the W.O.
