Ch0 folloo/ing prima facie speed limits hereafter indicated for vehicles
are hereby detei~ined and declared to be reasonable and safe; and such
speed limits are hereby fixed at the rate of speed indicated for vehicles
traveling upon the n~med streets and highways, or parts thereof, described
as follows:

I. East Lane Only
(a) From Station 370~27 (Southwest City Limits of North Richland Hills,
being also the City Limits of Richland Hills on East Lane) northeasterly
1.764 miles to Station 464~94 (Intersection with IH 820 and SH 121) at
40 miles per hour.
II. West Lane Only
(a) From Station 464~94 (Intersection with IH 820 and SH 121) southwesterly
1.755 miles to Station 370f23 (Southwest City Limits of North Richland
Hills, being also the City Limits of Rich1and Hills on West Lane) at
40 miles per hour.
Section' 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall
be fined in any sum not more than two hundred ($200) dollars.
Section 3. An emergency was declared and
