ø ORDINANCE RE-ZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH ARTICLE XXIX CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS,
SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 179, ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, NOVEMBER
13, 1967
·AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING, THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS
SUEMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
"RESOLVED THAT ON CASE PZ 73- 17 the following described property BE/itIJ/ÉiI
rezoned from "IF-9 ONE FAMILY DWELLING" to "2F-9 '!WO FAMILY DWEIJ:J]fG"
described as follows:
Lot 7, Block 6, C1earview Addition, 3rd Filing to North Richl&nd. Hi1J..s, Tarrant
County, Texas as recorded in Volume 388-25, Page 100, Deed Records, Tarrant County,
Texas. This being 7917 Map1ewood. 'lhia property is located at the intersection ot
Maplewood and Joreen Drive.
STIPULATION: Building of structure in compliance with the attached construction
plans as part of this ordinance.
