DEGTIJNING at an iron rod in the North line of Hatauga-Smithfie1d Road and
being at the Southwest corner of a4.83 acre tract and being S 890 46' E
a distw1ce of 1669.4 feet, N 0° 15' E a distance of 36.5 feet, and S 890
50' H a distance of 433.5 feet from the Southwest corner of the said J. G.
l1cComas Survey and also being S 89° 50' 1,:1 a distance of 433.5 feet from the
Southeast corner of the said 4.83 acre tract and the Southeast corner of a
Lone Star Gas Co. tract as recorded on Page 399 ofVolwne 2252 in the Tarrant
County Deed lLecords;
