AND AHENDMENTS, SECTION I OF ORDINANCE
179, ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED,
APPROVED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNTIJG
AND ZONING C01,J}IISSION AND THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND

AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARll~G THE FOLLOWING RECO~ll{ENDATION IS
SU:mUTTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COtll1ISSION:
RESOLVED that on case PZ 74··44 the following described property shall---ªL

Being a part of the T. K. Martin Survey, Tarrant County, Texas, and a part of
a tract conveyed to G.L. Bridges by L.B. Brown et ux be deed recorded in
Volume 1221, page 249, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, the herin conveyed
tract being described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 3/4" pipe 44.5 feet East and 870.0 South 7° 53' East of the
most Northerly Northwest corner of said tract, said point being the Southwest
corner of a 4.0 acre tract;
THENCE North 89° 53' E~st along the South fence line of said 4.0 acre tract,
837.2 feet to an iron rod for corner;
THENCE South 7° 57' East 101.6 feet to an iron rod for corner in the North
