BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF NORTH RICH LAND HILLS,
TEXAS:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement with Bank
One Trust Company, N.A. for mineral management consulting, as the act and
deed of the City of North Richland Hills.
