RESOLUTION NO. 2005-073
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, that:
1.
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the contract with Hard Kountry Concrete
as primary contractor and Patco Utilities as secondary contractor for the Miscellaneous
Concrete Improvements, Bid #05-1260, as the act and deed of the City.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 10th day of October, 2005.
