ORDINANCE NO. 1945
AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY ÖF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, VACATING THE NORTH 820 COMMERCIAL
ADDITION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF NORTH RICH LAND HILLS, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of North Richland Hills, Texas, has forwarded a
recommendation to the City Council for vacating the North 820 Commercial Addition,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS:
1.
THAT, in Case Number PS 93-36, the following subdivision plat be hereby vacated:
Lots 1-15, Block 1 ; and Lots 1-12, Block 2, North 820 Commercial Addition, an addition to the City of North Richland Hills,
Tarrant County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 388-108, Page 34, on August 23, 1976, in the Plat Records of Tarrant
County, Texas.
2.
THAT, all easements and rights-of-way that were dedicated with said North 820 Commercial Addition be hereby vacated.
3.
THAT, the above described property be returned to its unplatted acreage status.
4.
THAT, this plat vacation be effective upon the filing of this instrument, Ordinance No. 1945, as specified in Section
212.013 of the Texas Local Government Code.
APPROVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION THIS 28th DAY OF OCTOBER, 1993.
