RESOLUTION NO. 2007-005
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY ÖF NORTH RICH LAND
HILLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an Interlocal
Cooperative Agreement with the North Central Texas Council of
Governments for receiving funding for the 2006 Clean Fleet Program.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 22nd day of January, 2007.
