BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH
RICH LAND HILLS, TEXAS, that:
The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an agreement for membership
in the North Texas Virtual Reference Library Consortium.
