ORDINANCE NO. 1886
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 722 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING A PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMIT OF 30 MILES PER HOUR
FOR COMBS ROAD FROM BOULDER DRIVE TO RUFE SNOW DRIVE (6500 THROUGH
6600 BLOCK) AND BOULDER DRIVE FROM INDUSTRIAL PARK BOULEVARD TO LOOP
820 (5100 BLOCK THROUGH 5200 BLOCK) AND A PRIMA FACIE SPEED LIMIT OF 35
MILES PER HOUR FOR INDUSTRIAL PARK BOULEVARD FROM LOOP 820 NORTH AND
EAST TO HOLIDAY LANE (6400 BLOCK TO 7300 BLOCK); PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY
FOR VIOLATION OF A FINE NOT IN EXCESS OF $200.00; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS,
that:
1.
Ordinance No. 722 of the City of North Richland Hills, Texas be and is hereby amended by adding
the below described sections to Section 3.04 of said Ordinance and establishing the speed limits as
stated:
6500 Block to 6600 Block of Combs Road from Boulder Drive to Rufe Snow Drive - 30 MPH
5100 Block to 5200 Block of Boulder Drive from Industrial Park Blvd. to Loop 820 - 30 MPH
6400 Block to 7300 Block of Industrial Park Blvd. from Loop 820 to Holiday Lane - 35MPH

Any person operating a motor vehicle upon said above described sections of Combs Road,
Boulder Drive and Industrial Park Boulevard in the City of North Richland Hills, Texas, at a speed in
excess of that shown above shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not in excess of
$200.00.
3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days from passage and publication.
