RESOLUTION NO. 2007- 023
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a conveyance
deed for .0615 acres out of the William W Wallace Survey, Abstract No.
1606 to the Texas Department of Transportation for the purpose of
constructing improvements associated with the "Keep Texas Beautiful"
Governor's Achievement Award Project.
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 26th day of March, 2007.
