RESOLUTION NO. 2007-033
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. THAT The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the inter-local
agreement with The Local Government Purchasing Cooperative
authorizing the City to purchase goods and services from vendors
selected through the competitive bid process,
PASSED AND APPROVED this the 23rd day of April, 2007.
