ORDINANCE NO. 2936
AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING AN UNNEEDED DRAINAGE EASEMENT
lOCATED IN BLOCK 1, lA FONTAINE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
NORTH RICHlAND HillS.
WHEREAS, in the development of Liberty Village Addition, a drainage easement was
dedicated through a portion of what is now being developed as La
Fontaine Addition and with the development of the latter subdivision, the
water from Liberty Village is otherwise being dealt with and portions of
such easement are no longer required and it is proposed that the old
easement be partly abandoned; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCil, CITY OF NORTH RICHlAND HillS,
TEXAS:
Section 1 : THAT the portion of a 15 foot wide drainage easement located on Lots 1
through 10, Block 1, La Fontaine Addition to the City of North Richland
Hills, Tarrant County Texas depicted and described on Exhibits A and B
hereto, is hereby abandoned.
AND IT IS SO ORDAINED.
PASSED AND APPROVED on the 29th day of May, 2007.

Description for a fifteen feet (15') wide Drainage Easement in the S. Richardson SUlVey,
Abstract Number 1266, Tarrant County, Texas, as described in Clerk's File Number
D205338138. Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas; said easement now
encompassing portions of Lots 1 through 10, Block 1, La Fontaine, an addition to the
City of North Richland Hills. Tarrant County, Texas, according to the plat recorded in
Cabinet A, Slide 11273, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas; said easement being
hereby vacated and abandoned by the City of North Richland Hills, and being described
by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 3/8" iron pin found in the east line of Davis Boulevard for the southwest corner of a tract
of land described in a deed to Don and Shirley Peebles, recorded In Volume 12402, Page 1324, Deed
Records, Tarrant County, Texas. said pin also being the southwest comer of said Drainage Easement
and of said Lot 1 ;
THENCE North 00 degree 06 minutes 25 seconds West a distance of 15.00 feet along the east line of
Dallis Boulevard and the west line of Lot 1;
THENCE North 89 degrees 08 minutes 17 seconds East a distance of 585.02 feet, parallel with the south
line of Lots 1 through 10, to the easterly line of Lot 10;
THENCE South 31 degrees 38 minutes 37 seconds East a distance of 17,45 feet to the southeast comer
of lot 10;
THENCE South 69 degrees 08 minutes 17 seconds West a distance of 594, 14 feet along the south line of
Lots 10 through 1to the POINT OF BEGINNING,
