HomeMy WebLinkAboutPZ 1994-09-08 Minutes MINUTES FOR THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHlAND HillS, TEXAS September 8, 1994 - 7:30 p.m. CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Chairman James Brock at 7:30 p.m. ROLL CALL PRESENT Chairman Members James Brock Victor Baxter Don Bowen Jill Spicer Barry LeBaron Clayton Husband Gregory Arri ngton Paul Miller Ron Lueck David Barfield Richard Davis Director Plan/lnsp Planner Plans Examiner ABSENT CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES OF AUGUST 25, 1994 Mr. Baxter made the motion to approve the minutes as presented. The motion was seconded by Mr. Bowen. The motion carried 4-0. PLATS AND SUBDIVISIONS 1. PS 94-34 Request of G.C. Metroplex for Final Plat of lot 1, Block H, Calloway Farms Addition. This property is located in the 7700 block of Grapevine Highway. Mr. Rich Wood, 1016 Diamond Boulevard, South lake, came forward to speak. He stated he has agreed to all engineering comments. Mr. Bowen made the motion to approve PS 94-34 subject to engineering comments. The motion was seconded by Ms. Spicer. The motion carried 4-0. 2. PS 94-35 Request of Joe Gray for Preliminary Plat of Majestic Meadows Addition. This property is located in the 9200 block of Amundson Road. Chairman Brock advised that this item has been postponed until the next meeting at the request of the applicant. 3. PS 94-36 Request of Don and Shelba Perkins for Preliminary Plat of Perkins Estate. This property is located in the 6400 block of Harmonson Road. Mr. John Zimmerman, 908 W. Main Street, Arlington, came forward to speak. He stated they have agreed to all engineering comments. Mr. Baxter made the motion to approve PS 94-36 subject to engineering comments, and the name change to Perkins Addition. The motion was seconded by Ms. Spicer. PS 94-42 ZONING CASES STAFF REPORT CITIZEN COMMENTS ADJOURNMENT ~Øt#hv, Victor Baxter, Secretary Planning and Zoning Commission Public Hearing to consider the request of David Pokluda for Replat of Lots 23 and 24, Block 10, Meadow Lakes Addition. This property is located at 6341 Skylark Circle. Chairman Brock opened the Public Hearing and called for those wishing to speak to come forward at this time. There being no one wishing to speak, Chairman Brock closed the Public Hearing. Mr. Bowen made the motion to approve PS 94-37 subject to engineering comments. The motion was seconded by Ms. Spicer. The motion carried 4-0. Public Hearing to consider the request of Alan Riley for Replat of Lots 58 and 59, Block 1, Meadow Lakes Addition. This property is located at 6253 Meadow Lakes Drive. Chairman Brock opened the Public Hearing and called for those wishing to speak to come forward at this time. There being no one wishing to speak, Chairman Brock closed the Public Hearing. Mr. Baxter made the motion to approve PS 94-42 subject to engineering comments. The motion was seconded by Mr. Bowen. The motion carried 4-0. None. None. None.
