Mr. Bowen stated a street name needs to be changed. He stated there is already a
Tanglewood Court in another subdivision.
Ms. Leann Wood, resident in the Thornbridge subdivision, came forward to speak. She
stated the residents were not aware that the homeowners would be responsible for

assume maintenance on this area. He stated the developer has met all subdivision
requirements for approval. He stated the park is a separate issue. He stated the residents
may want to meet with the parks department and express their views.
Mr. John Barfield, 700 Harwood Road, Hurst, came forward to speak. He stated he is one of
the developers of th is property. He stated there has always been a homeowners association
in this development, but it has been run by the developers. He stated the homeowners will

Ms. Wood stated the cost to maintain the park will probably be too costly for most of the
homeowners.
