CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, John Schwinger, at 7:30 P.M. ROLL CALL PRESENT: Chairman Secretary Members John Schwinger David Barfield Don Bowen James Brock David Greene Pat Marin George Tucker Wanda Calvert Alt. Member Dir. Planning/Dev. P & Z Coordinator ABSENT: Mark Wood Ron Lueck CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES OF JANUARY 26, 1989 Mr. Barfield made the motion to approve the minutes with one amendment on page 9, name change. This motion was seconded by Ms. Marin and the motion carried 6-0. . Chairman Schwinger stated that item #3, PZ 89-2, had been postponed and will be reset for a later date. 1. PS 88-39 Request of Tar-Two Inc. for replat of Lot SR, Block 1, Woodland Oaks Addition. Since this is a replat in residential zoning, Chairman Schwinger opened the Public Hearing and called for those wishing to speak in favor of this replat to please come forward. There being no one wishing to speak, the Chairman called for those wishing to speak in opposition to this replat to please come forward. . There being no one wishing to speak, the Chairman closed the Public Hearing. Page 2 p & Z Minutes February 9, 1989 . PS 88-39 APPROVED 2. PS 89-1 PS 89-1 APPROVED . 3. PZ 89-2 ADJOURNMENT . ~C1'~~'<7 Secretary Planning & Zoning Commission Mr. Greene made the motion to approve PS 88-39. Mr. Barfield requested that Mr. Greene amend his motion to include allowing a barrier, a non-sight barring fence not more than 48 inches high to be built on the retaining wall. Mr. Greene amended his motion and Mr. Barfield seconded the amended motion. The motion carried 6-0. Request of the City of North Richland Hills for Short Form Plat of Lot 1, Block 1, Green Valley Country Estates. Mr. Brock made the motion to approve PS 89-1 with the stipulation that when funds are available or the latteral becomes inadequate, that sewer will be installed. This motion was seconded by Mr. Bowen and the motion carried 6-0. Request of Leonard Hazel to rezone Tracts 4PIB, 4P2, & 4P3, A.G. Walker Survey, Abstract 1630, and the south 1/2 of Lot 11, Block 1, Jack M. Estes Subdivision, from their present classification of C-2 Commercial to a proposed classification of I-2 Industrial. This property is located on both sides of Flory Street, south of Glenview Drive. This request was postponed.
