CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Jack Roseberry, at 7:05 P.M. ROLL CALL PRESENT: Chairman Secretary Members Jack Roseberry Martin Erck Bill Fenimore Hans Kossler Ron Hubbard Bill Rice Wanda Calvert Alt. Member Building Official P & Z Coordinator ABSENT: Hal Schubert Billy Cypert CONSIDERATION OF THE MINUTES OF DECEMBER 8, 1983 Mr. Erck made the motion to approve the minutes as written. This motion was seconded by Ron Hubbard and the motion carried 5-0 with the following vote recorded: Erck, yea, Hubbard, yea, Kossler, yea, Fenimore, yea, and Roseberry, yea. . 1. BA 84-1 Request of Better Living Corporation to vary from the zoning ordinance on Lot 45, Block 8, Windcrest Addition, to allow the house to be built beyond the front building line. This property is located at 7229 Windcrest Lane. Kirk Lemon, Construction Manager, came forward to represent Better Living. He said this house is approximately 2 inches over the building line. Chairman Roseberry asked Mr. Rice if this house was built since they were making the stake-out inspections. . Mr. Rice said it had. He said they had a new inspector and also, the stake had been knocked down and the new inspector did not catch it. Page 2 Z B A Minutes January 12, 1984 . BA 84-1 APPROVED . 2. BA 84-2 ADJOURNMENT Ø¿;¿;b SECRETARY ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT . ~ Chairman Roseberry opened the Public Hearing and called for those wishing to speak in favor of this request to please come forward. There being no one wishing to speak in favor of this request, the Chairman called for those wishing to speak in opposition to this request to please come forward. There being no one wishing to speak, the Chairman closed the Public Hearing. Mr. Erck made the motion to approve BA 84-1 as requested. This motion was seconded by Mr. Fenimore and the motion carried 5-0 with the following vote recorded: Erck, yea, Fenimore, yea, Kossler, yea, Hubbard, yea, and Roseberry, yea. Request of Mrs. J. L. Tillery to vary from the Zoning Ordinance #179 on Lot 8, Block 27, Holiday North Addition, to be allowed to run a Child Care Center in a residential area. This property is located at 5813 Steeplewood Drive. This request was withdrawn on January 11, 1984. The meeting adjourned at 7:12 P. M. F ADJUSTMENT
