Mr. Mills stated he did not understand. Bob Shade explained the rental of U-Haul trailers is commercial zoning and the leasee of the service station started renting trailers about a year ago therefore the zoning must be changed or he is in violation. Mrs. Jeanette Stevens 4205 Ken Michael Ct. What can they put on this property if it is zoned commercial? Mr. Mills named a few things but could not go into detail. Mrs. Stevens opposes this zoning as the place is messy enough right now. Mr. Arnold Pitchford 4504 Cummings Drive E. I oppose this zoning as this is a residential area and we do not want a warehouse and such at this location. . Mr. H. L. Hughes 4500 Cummings Drive E. I oppose this zoning as the place is such a mess, and I would not want it any worse. After consideration by the commission Mr. Welborn moved, seconded by Mary Jo Shaunty to deny PZ 75-28.
