Herman Smith had a large plat of Stonybrooke Addition showing zoning request changes of PZ- 74--37 & PZ 74-38. Our general thinking is to take traffic off Davis Blvd. T¡le plan to put an alley behind 2F-9 complex. 2F-9 lots would be sold wit}l restrictions of 1$00 square foot minimum per building unit. }~. Palachek said he did not like to see traffic goj.r_g tllrough the residential area to the commercial area. ~~. Smith stated they would culdesac Brookhaven Drive if necessary. The owner of Abstract 321 tract 3 will probably change to Commercial zoning as this tract faces Davis Blvd. (This tract is adjacent to the West of Brookhaven Dr. in Stonybrooke Addition.) We will widen Brookhaven Drive if desired. Original plann- ing was for Brookridge Drive to connect with J. Barfield property. Since t11at time the master plan shows I:Iightower as main thoroughfare. On the ~ . final plat we opened l-lighto1'~"el' ")ri ve through the Comm6rcial tract. Brool\:ridge Drive is going to be a busy residential thoroughfare later.
