Trammell stated the depth of most lots are one to four feet short of the requirements of IF-9 Zoning Ordinance; however the square fòotage meets requirements of Zoning Ordinance. Eden Survey from its present classification of Agriculture to a proposed classification of IF-9 One Family Dwelling. . ¡',œ. ~'¡alter Elliott represented I-Ir. Gardner who vTas in the audience. }~. Elliott explained exactly where tÌle property is located and stated it would be a part of Stonybrooke Addition. . . .
