K. ¡"Iartin Survey froTa its present class- ification of agriculture to a proposed classifi- cation of IF-9 One Family Dwelling. . After discussion by the cOLNLission members }æ. Trammell stated the depth of most lots are one to four feet short of the requirements of IF-9 Zoning Ordinance; however the square fòotage meets requirements of Zoning Ordinance. After discussion by the commission members l~. l·Jills :noved, seconded by I\'Ir. Staples to approve PS 74-20 as presented subject to comments in engineers letter. PZ 74-42 APPI-tOVED Request of &l Gardner to rezone 4.06 acres of tLe J.B. Eden Survey from its present classification of Agriculture to a proposed classification of IF-9 One Family Dwelling. . ¡',œ. ~'¡alter Elliott represented I-Ir. Gardner who vTas in the audience. }~. Elliott explained exactly where tÌle property is located and stated it would be a part of Stonybrooke Addition. . . . Stonybrool~e Addition - Replat l'Ir. :lalter Elliott explained after including Ì"Ir. Gardners property in Stonybrooke Addition, it required bringing Crestview Drive through; therefore elirninating t11e culdasac. .After discussion by tl1e commission rûembers I'.1:r. T"Iills moved, seconded by l"Ir. Staples to approve PS 74-18. 11otion carried 3-0. Stonybrooke Addition - Prel~ninary & Final Plat l"Ir. 1dalter lrrliott presented this request.
