Smith was not opposed to this zoning. He asked

of street to ÎIlstall fence. It was stated the
street vlould not ;Je il~-i.I)roved at the present time
but the developer 11ad to put monies into escrOvl
for tIle i1nprover1ent at a later date. He was
also told 11e could go back 25 feet from the center
of the street for a fence.
After Inuch discussion by the comrnission members

approve PZ 74-43 with the stipulation that the

this request. }~. Trammell stated the depth of
most lots are one to four feet short of the
requirements of IF-9 Zoning Ordinance; however
the square fòotage meets requirements of Zoning
Ordinance.
After discussion by the commission members l~.

PS 74-20 as presented subject to comments in
engineers letter.

in the audience. }~. Elliott explained exactly
where tÌle property is located and stated it would

approve PZ 74-42 with the stipulation that the

l'Ir. :lalter Elliott explained after including
Ì"Ir. Gardners property in Stonybrooke Addition,
it required bringing Crestview Drive through;
therefore elirninating t11e culdasac.
