Clarence Pyron and Mr. Clarence Kinnaird I I. CAIL TO ORDER: 7:40 I II. CONSIDERATION OF llINUTES: Motion was made by ]'fr. Pyron for approval of the ndnutes for the March 17, 1966 meeting. Mr. Kinnaird seconded the motion. Motion carried 3-0. IV. ZONING CASES: 1. PZ 66-5 REQUEST TO RE-ZONE LOTS 1.2. and 3. BLOCK E. RICHLAND OAKS ADDITION FROM THE PRESENT CLASSIFICATION OF CLASS "A" RESIDENTIAL TO A PROPOSED CLASSIFICATION OF CLASS "B" RESIDENTIAL. Legal notice, published in the Daily News Texan, was read aloud by the Chairman, Mr. Bill ~farshall. Opposition was by I-fr. O.H. Linquist, 8201 Jerri Jo. Mr. Linquist came forward in representation of the residents within two hundred feet of the property involved in the case. He presented a signed petition of the residents and also a petition of 75 signatures of others that",reside in the city who oppose the change in zoning. ~fr. Raymond Baker of 4808 Eldorado Drive also opposed the change in zoning. Motion by Yæ. Clarence Kinnaird for denial, seconded by l·fr. Pyron. Motion denied 3-0. 2. PS 66-3 PRELDUNARY PLAT OF LOTS 12 thru 22. BIDCK 6: LOTS 1 thru 22. BLOCK 7: IDTS 6 thru 17. BLOCK 8: LOTS 12 thru 17. BIDCK 9: LOTS 6 thru 17. BLOCK 24¡ LOTS 1 thru 22. BLOCK 25; LOTS 1 thru 11. BIDCK 26; IDTS 6 thru 11. BLOCK 27; HALTOM RQNCHLAND ADDITION. ~~. D.D. Messer, the Developer, presented the case to the Commission. Mr. Clarence Pyron motioned to table for further study.
