Mr. Bill Marshall read the legal description. Mr. Robert fludi burg came forward_ a.nd plead_ed the case. He stated to the audience his c~mpqny plans huge auto dealership on the proDerty to be re-zoned. Mr. Hudiburg pl~ns to employee approximately 170 people, and anticipate to use all the 23 acres of property by 1975, with a $500,000.00 payroll. Mr. Marshall explained the City Planners recommendation to the audience, mostly concerning the streets. Mr. Sprott asked Mr. Hudiburg how the plat will be utilized at this time. The plat will utilize approximately 15 acres now, all being one story buildings. Approximately 55 thousand Sq. feet will be under roof coverage. Mr. Bill Williams of 4812 Nancy lane spoke of the drain~ge proble~. Mrs. B. Smith questioned the defin- ition of nLocð.l-Retail" and "Industrial". Mr. P.C. Stone came forward who lives at Shnrt StrAet and Nancy Lane, to express his dislike of a commercial business next to his residence. Mr. Hudiburg was asked to come forward, as he was questioned by the Board about the use and improvement of Short Street. Motion of apnroval was mqde by Mr. S~rott with the stipulation that a 6' fence be erected as a screen at the rear of the property, and seconded by Mr. Crawford. Motion carried 4-0. v. l\DJ ()URN~l}~NT Motion to adjourn was made by Mr. Pyron and seconded by Mr. Sprott. Vote carried 4-0. VI. MEETING ADJOURNED 8:30 P.M. September 8, 1966
