CALL TO ORDER:
7:45 P.M.
CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES:
Motion was made by Mr. Pyron for approval of the minutes of
the previous meeting. Mr. Sprott seconded the motion. Mo-
tion carried 3-0.
IV.
ZONING CASES:
1. PZ 65-16. Request of Riêhland Enterprises to re-zone a 27.62
acre tract of land out of the W. W. Wallace Survey,
Abstract No. 1606 to the City of North Richland Hills,
from its present Classification of Class "A" Resi-
dential to a proposed Classification of Class "3"
R~sidential and Cla.ss "Cft Residential.
Mr. Claude Griffith explained the geographical
location of the property and asked for it to be
zoned as requested.
Frank Proctor presented a signed petition to the
members opposing the change in the requested zoning.
Bill,Price, T. D. Heard, Mrs. Wayne Stables, Barney
Brewer, Tommy Martin, Glenn Reaznor, J. P. Stables,
Larry Mayfield, Kenny Stephens and others opposed.
the request for re-zoning. Mrs. Reaznor requested
her name be deleted from the partition.
Mr. Marshall read the Deed Restrictions aloud as
requested by the opposition.
Mr. Pyron made the motion the request be approved.
Mr. Sprott seconded the motion. Motion carried 3-0.
2. PZ 6.5-22.
Request of Eugene R. Anderson to re-zone Tract 11 A
and 11 B out of the W. W. Wallace Survey, Abstract
1606 to the City of North Hichland Hills, from its
present Classificatirm of Class "A" Residential to
a proposed Classification of "Local Retail Business".
CASE "A". Mr. Marshall read the legal description.
Bryan Anderson pres~nted the CRse.
Tommy Peters, Jesse Parrish, James Cates, Bill Niel,
M. N. Denny and others opposed the request for re-
zoning.
Mr. Pyron made a motion for approval with the stipu-
lation that a minimum height of 6 foot fence be in-
stalled between the proposed commercial buildings

and the existing residences. Mr. Sprott seconded
the motion. Motion carried 3-0.

the members.
s. H. Neal opposed the request.
Mr. Griffith discussed the status of the proposed
County Court House on adjacent property.
Mr. Pyron mad~ th~ motion for approval. Mr. Sprott
seconded the motion. Motion oarried unanimously.

Request of O. H. Calloway Estate to re-zone a
tract of land out of the W. W. Wallace Survey
from its present Classification of Class "A"

"Local Retail Business".
Mr. Marshall read the legal description. Catherine
Callow~y explained the c~se and requested its
appro1ral.

seconded the motion. Motion carried 3-0.

Final Plat, Holiday HeiGhts Addition, Second Section.
Mr. Allen Hamm presented the case. Mr. Pyron made
the motion for approval. Mr. Sprott seconded the
motion. Motion carried 3-0.
5. PS 65-8.
Preliminary Plat, Holiday East Addition.
Mr. Sprott made the motion for approval. Mr. Pyron
seconded the motion. Motion carried 3-0.
