Members Present: Messers Abbott, Jim McCoy, and Oxford.
-1. DISCUSSION - NORTH PORTION OF TRACT 4C, ABSTRA6T 1630
~. ~. ~~LKEH SURVEY, LOCATED AT 70~J
GRAPEVINE HIGHWAY:
Mr. Norman came before the commission and stated his reasons for
requesting that the property be rezoned. Mr. McCoy read the legal
not1ce that appeared tn the Daily News T~xan and after considerable
discussion Mr. Abbott made a motion and Mr. Oxford seconded it that
the property be rezoned. Motion oarried )-0.
2. MOTION TO ADJOURN:
Mr. Oxford made motion and Mr. Abbo1:t seconded it to adjourn.
Motion carried 3-0. Meeting adjourned at 8:15. P. M. January
21, 1964.
