After reading the legal notice that was pUblished in the News
Texan on April 5, 7, 9, 11, and 13, 1963 and discussing tnrs-
request for rezoning the property, Mr. Oxford made a motion to
approve the appliCE'tion of the Richland Terrace Incorporation
and Mr. Moncrief seconded said motion and it carried.
The property rezoned is Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, of Block
6 and the rear portions excluding the front 50 feet of lots
37, 38, 39, 40 and 41 of Block 6 of the Richland Terrace
Addition.
