"MR. HOWELL OPPOSED THE CLASS "13" UNTIL HE LEARNED THAT CLASS "B" PERJaTS 1000 SQ. FT. IN DWELLmG. IT IS OUR OPINION THAT SPOT ZONING IS DANGEROUS TO HEALTHY RESIDENTIAL GROWl'H AND THE REQUEST FOR SUCl1 SHOULD NOT BE PERMITTED. The City Council declare a general hearing of all citizens. landowners~ developers, builders and merchants. 2 · The Plmming and Zoning Commission present Diap of established Residential and Commercial Zoning. 3 · Take under adv$8ement. letter to be presented by the four leading developers in which they outline reasons for certain revisions in our Zoning Ordinance. 4. Jfr. Jack Rentro was the only member ot the Board present. ... Jack Bowell, developer ot Nor 'East Addition and Jfr. Joe Owens, developer ot Snow Heights Addition were p'resent to discuss with the Board the tie-in ot their property with the proposed "Hall- mark Square". Jlr.
