HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1808 ORDINANCE NO. 1808 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS. TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984. AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case Number PZ 92-14 the following described property shall be rezoned from R-1 F.P., R-1 Single Family Residential, C-1 Commercial, and Existing Right-of-Way to C-2 Commercial. BEING a tract of land in the E.S.
