ORDINANCE NO. 1724
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING
ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED
BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION
IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY
THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-91-03 the following described property shall
be rezoned from AG to LR.
ALL that certain tract or parcel of land situated in the S. Richardson
Survey, Abstract 1266, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion of those
same tracts described to Arthur Edward Gordon and wife, Jerry R. Gordon as
recorded in Volume 9349, Page 774, and Volume 7116, Page 1062, Deed
Records, Tarrant County, Texas and being further described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said Gordon Tract recorded in Volume
9349, Page 774, said point being on the apparent North right-of-way line of
Green Valley Drive (a variable width right-of-way);
THENCE North with the West boundary line of said Gordon Tract, 130.52 feet;
THENCE East, 208.72 feet passing the common boundary line of said tracts
and continuing a total distance of 333.72 feet;
THENCE South, 130.52 feet to the South boundary line of said Gordon Tract
recorded in Volume 7116, Page 1062, and the said North right-of-way line of
Green Valley Drive;
THENCE West with the South boundary of said tracts and said North
right-of-way line, 333.72 feet to the place of beginning and containing
1.000 acres of land, more or less.
This property is located on the North side of Green Valley Drive, adjacent
to 7901 Green Valley Drive.
