HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1737 ORDINANCE NO. 1737 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-91-07 the following described property shall be rezoned from R-6-T to R-3. BEING a tract of land in the W.W. Wallace Survey, Abstract 1606, and being Lot 1-R and Lots 27 through 110, Block 4, Northridge Addition, an addition to the City of North Rich1and Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, according to a plat recorded in Volume 388-194, Page 29, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas; BEGINNING at an iron pin in the north line of Harwood Road, said point being the southwest corner of Lot 26, Block 4, Northridge Addition, an addition to the City of North Rich1and Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, according to a plat recorded in Volume 388-123, Page 24, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas, said pin being the southeast corner of the herein described tract; THENCE South 89 degrees 52 minutes 39 seconds West 209.94 feet along the north line of said Harwood Road to an iron pin in same for corner; THENCE North 88 degrees 45 minutes no seconds West 222.80 feet continuing along the north line of said Harwood Road to an iron pin at the intersection of said north line and the east line of Bob Drive; THENCE North 651.10 feet along the east line of said Bob Drive to an iron pin for the northwest corner of the herein described tract, said pin being the southwest corner of Lot 2, Block 4, of said Northridge Addition recorded in Volume 388-123, Page 24; THENCE South 89 degrees 59 minutes 43 seconds East 437.06 feet to an iron pin for the northeast corner of the herein described tract, said pin being the southeast corner of Lot 10, Block 4, of said Northridge Addition recorded in Volume 388-123, Page 24; THENCE South no degrees 22 minutes 56 seconds West 655.49 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 6.53495 acres of land (284,662.4 square feet).
