Ordinance No. 1 754
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the traffic conditions
at the intersection of Lariat Trail and Riviera Drive, in the
City of North Richland Hills, Texas is a dangerous and extra
hazardous intersection; and
The City Council finds that in order to protect the health,
safety and welfare of the City and its inhabitants it is
necessary to erect "Four-Way-Stop-Signs" at each of the corners
of said intersection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, that:
1.
The above findings are affirmed.
2 .
The City Manager, or his designee is ordered to erect "Four-
Way-Stop-Signs" at the intersection of Lariat Trial and Riviera
Drive in the City of North Richland Hills, Texas.
3.
Any person operating a motor vehicle who violates this
ordinance by failing to stop and yield at said intersection shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not in excess of
$200.00.
