IR-03-03 Pam Burney reported there is Shelter close to half a million dollars in Expansion the bank and they were Fundraising exploring the possibility of establishing a 501 C3, non-profit organization, to run the Capital Campaign to raise money for the NRH Animal Adoption and Rescue Center expansion; members were given a sample fund raising packet which might be used in the capital campaign. Pam Burney also stated that Steve Norwood was meeting with the Watauga City Manager regarding their plans to contribute $450, 00.00 towards the expansion. Adjournment Meeting adjourned at 7:30p.m.
