The vests will be purchased from the $1,000.00 year-end encumbrance from the Trinity Donation account. Approximately 140 vests will be purchased (however many can be purchased for $1,000.00), the vests will be orange and imprinted with the Logo and Keep North Richland Hills Beautiful in black ink. Staff Report Debbie York reported the following: · The new Adopt-A-Spot signs are not ready · Signs Now donated Eco Partner cling decals · Gift Certificates and a letter of appreciation have been sent to the Yard-of-the- Month judges · The Christmas Lighting Award tour will be December 12th rather than December 5th · Contest winners will be announced/recognized at the December 13th council meeting · No meeting in December, due to "Night of Holiday Magic" and Christmas Lighting Award tour · Keep America Beautiful training is scheduled for Saturday, February 12th, 9:00 a.m.- 1 :00 p.m. at Neighborhood Services Item Discussion Action Taken Follow Up Citizen Input None Adjournment Meeting adjourned at 7:40 p.m. Approved:
