Suggestions were made to increase public awareness of programs by meeting with homeowner's associations and landscaping businesses; putting program information on the City calendar; revamping the current program brochures; and include program information in the Northeast Chambers' welcome packets. Commission member Monique Hester suggested creating a link to the City's web site that has a listing of the Beautification Commissions programs and forms. Purpose: To provide an identity for Keep North Richland Hills Beautiful It should be noted that the commission members requested that a disclaimer be placed on the application regarding the use of the winning logo. North Richland Hills' legal department will approve the contest application before the contest may begin.
