Four trees have been cleared and piled up on the lot next door and varmints are now living in the wood piles. Ms. Tucker was concerned that there were not any trash receptacles on the property. At this time the City does not have an ordinance requiring each construction lot to have a container - City Council is looking at possibly requiring some kind of container be present on the property. Ms. Scoma asked if the Commission could ask Barry LeBaron, Director of Planning and Zoning, about the trees that have been piled up on Davis Blvd. and Spring Oaks for several weeks now. She would like to see if they can be removed. Ms. Pultz complimented the City on the cleaning up of the telephone poles. She said Rufe Snow look much better and the City looks much better. The Commission was not informed of the presentation until late the same afternoon of the scheduled meeting, therefore commission members could not be in attendance to show support to Ms. Dunkelberg and congratulate her on all her achievements. It was brought to the Commission's attention that information passed on to the City Council must go through the proper channels and should be presented to the Beautification Commission first. Ms. Pultz stated that the Commission is very excited that Ms. Dunkelberg was presented such a prestigious award and stated it was very well deserved. 11.
