HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1626 ORDINANCE NO. 1626 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING ORDINANCE #1080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984 AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-89-15 the following described property shall be rezoned from C-1 to C-2. BEING the North 75.0 feet of the East portion of Lot 2, Calloway Acres, North Richland Hills, Tarrant County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 1481, Page 285, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and being further described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING 14.5 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Lot 2; said point being in the West R.O.W. line of Parchman Street; THENCE South, along said West R.O.W. line of Parchman Street, 75.0 feet to a steel rod for corner; THENCE West, 125.0 feet to a steel rod for corner; THENCE North 75.0 feet to a point for corner in the North line of said Lot 2; THENCE East, along the North line of said Lot 2, 125.0 feet to the place of beginning.
