ORDINANCE NO. 1555
BE rT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT:
1.
The collection fee and the franchise tax realized by the City
from any solid waste disposal contract shall be deposi ted in, and
becaœ a part of , the General Fund of the City.
