CALL TO ORDER Meeting was called to order at 6:15 pm by Ms. Abelanet. IL APPROVAL OF MINUTES Minutes of the Septernber meeting were read and approved. III. ELECTION OF NEW BOARD MEMBERS The interim positians of chairman and secretary were made official at this meeting so, the new chairman for our advisory board is Bruce Jacobson and the new secretary is Tami Pultz. IV. RESIGNATION ~F Mr. SHIILCUTT Ben Shilcutt tendered his formal resignation from the Teen Court advisory Board due to the fact he is so involved in many other organizarions. V. TIME FOR MEETINGS CHANGED It was discussed and voted on that due to busy schedules the advisory board meetings will now start at 6:30 pm. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT ALL BOARD MEMBERS ATTEND. VI. EXPANSION OF PLACEMENTS We wilt be looking for some new placements for Teens to do their community time. Several suggestions were made and Kathy will look imto them further. VII. ADJOU]~NMENT Ms. Abelanet adjourned the meeting at 7:00 pm. ami Pultz Secretary
