Chairnian Bob Hen.derson called the n~eeeting to order and asked City Manager Tan Paul to present the proposed organizatian ch~t~es and relative salary char~ges . Pete Pistole, Streets Superintendent, would pick up the responsibility for the garage and set up a ma.intenance prograan. He would also keep the res- pansibility and supervision of the street crews. Vice Chairman Bill J. Betts made a motion to postpone any decisions until next regular meeting. Chairnnan Bob Hendersan seconded the m~tian. The motian carried by unanimou.s trote. Vice Chairn~an Bill Betts made a nyotian to adjourn the special m~eeti.ng and to begin the worksessian for the study of salary compaxisans. Chairman Bob Henderson seconded the mr~tian. Motion carried by tmanimous vote. The Ccxmiission instructed the Civil Service Secretary to prepare a similax report for the Ma.y 13th meeting. Thi.s report shauld shvw the average salary for each of our position classes.
