C. Moore OTHERS PRESENT: Mr. George Conant, City Council Stan Gertz, Fire Chief Randy Ingram Helen Cline, Deputy Secretary EQUITABLE LIFE ASSURANCE PERSONNEL: John Law xa.y r~.y ~ Donald Moore ~ AP~ROVAL OF MINUTES: Motion was made by Mr. Moore, seconded by Mr. Green, that the Minutes of the October l, 1975 Commission meeting be approved as written. The approval was made by a vote of 2-Q. AGENDA Item l. Messrs. John Law, Ray May and Donald Moore presented IRA retirement plans as offered by the Equitable Life Assurance Society of the United States. A complete packet of brochures was left with the Deputy Secretary so that anyone 3.nterested in the programs may have access to that information. AGENDA Item 2. The Commission reopened for consideration the scoring of September 19th entrance examination. They heard Chief Gertz's response to the inter-office memo of September 24, 1975. Mr. Green motioned that his former motion in the Minutes of 9-23-75, Item 3, be rescinded. Mr. Moore seconded the motion. The vote was 2-0. Mr. Moore made a motion that we establish a register of all personnel who took the written examination on September 19, arranging according to `L...- score considering Veteran Preference in computing the score. Mr. Green seconded the motion and the voting was 2-0. Minutes October 7, 1975 Page 2 AGENDA Item 3. A citizens presentation was made by Randy Ingram regarding employee sick leave. This will be placed on the Agenda for 10-14-75 as an action item. Reference: Chapter 7, Section 8, current Personnel Regulations.
