RESOLUTION NO. 2006-016
WHEREAS, the North Richland Hills Police Department and the Police
Departments of Hurst, Haltom City, Arlington, and Fort Worth, and the Tarrant County
Administrator's Office have tentatively approved an Interlocal Agreement providing for
the filing of a joint application for a grant award under the 2006 Byrne Justice Assistance
Grant (JAG) Program and the equitable disbursement of allocated funds under that
grant award; and
WHEREAS, the City of North Richland Hills, Texas has reviewed the 2006 Byrne
Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program Award Interlocal Agreement; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, TEXAS, THAT the City Manager, be, and is hereby,
authorized to execute the 2006 Byrne Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program Award
Interlocal Agreement for the City of North Richland Hills, Texas.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 2ih day of February, 2006.
