ORDINANCE NO. 1521
AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE
WITH SECTION XXVIII, AMENDMENTS, OF ZONING
ORDINANCE 81080 OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, TEXAS, PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED
BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS, JANUARY 9, 1984
AFTER APPROPRIATE NOTICE AND PUBLIC HEARING THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATION
IS SUBMITTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH RICHLAND HILLS BY
THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
RESOLVED that on Case No. PZ-87-25 the following described property shall
be rezoned from AG to R-l.
BEGINNING at a ~ inch iron rod at the Northeast corner of Lot 2, Block 4,
Hewitt Estates as recorded in Plat Volume 388-168, Page 44, County Records,
Tarrant County, Texas, said rod being in the south right-of-way line of
Hewitt Drive;
THENCE North 85 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds East 163.84 feet along said
right-of-way to a ~ inch iron rod found at the northeast corner of this
tract and the northwest corner of Lot lR, Block C, Hewitt Estates as
recorded in Plat Volume 388-135, said County Records;
THENCE South 00 degrees 11 minutes 00 seconds West, 261.95 feet to a 3/8
inch iron rod found at the southwest corner of said Lot lR, said rod being
in the north right-of-way of Frankie B Street (an existing 60 foot R.O.W.);
THENCE North 89 degrees 54 minutes 00 seconds West, 163.27 feet along said
right-of-way to a ~ inch iron rod found at the southwest corner of the
aforementioned Lot 2, Block 4;
THENCE North 00 degrees 11 minutes 00 seconds East 248.57 feet to the point
of beginning and containing 1,000 acre of land of which 0.049 acres is
dedicated for right-of-way for Hewitt Drive leaving a net total of 0.951
acres of land.
